Kim is the Co-Founder of Assistant to the Therapist (ATTT). Based in the Philippines, she brings extensive experience in virtual assistance, healthcare administration, client relations, and practice operations.
Her work has focused primarily on supporting mental health professionals and private practices throughout the United States.
Before co-founding ATTT, Kim worked with several virtual assistant agencies and directly supported healthcare and mental health organizations. Through these experiences, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges faced by both clients and virtual assistants, including inconsistent expectations, lack of support, and communication barriers. These experiences inspired her to help build a different kind of agency—one focused on transparency, fairness, accountability, and long-term success for both clients and VAs.
At ATTT, Kim oversees recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, training, quality assurance, and ongoing support for virtual assistants. She works closely with practice owners to understand their needs and helps ensure each VA is properly matched, trained, and supported throughout the engagement.
In addition to her work with ATTT, Kim has extensive experience in patient intake, referral management, scheduling, insurance coordination, client communications, and practice administration. Her operational expertise helps mental health practices streamline processes while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client care.
As someone who began her career as a virtual assistant, Kim remains passionate about creating meaningful career opportunities for Filipino professionals. She believes that successful outsourcing relationships are built on mutual respect, fair compensation, clear expectations, and open communication. Her mission is to help both clients and virtual assistants thrive through ethical and sustainable partnerships.
